CIBC - Bell Trinity Square

The design and build-out was a highly demanding project due to its 'fast track' status. Design of the 6 large floor plates was both massive in size and complicated in scope. The office space consisted mainly of open perimeter workstations with interior meeting / conference rooms to allow an open concept feeling. The design achieved LEED CI Silver Certification and fully commissioned to meet CIBC's strict requirements to energy efficiency.

Multiple user lab areas were designed which further required extensive supplementary mechanical and electrical systems to support the possibility of 24/7 function. With this, a dedicated roof mounted chiller unit, approximately 75 tons in capacity was added, with individual risers to fully separate CIBC's cooling requirements from the building. In general office areas, all mechanical and electrical services were relocated to augment the high density of occupants.
