Smith + Andersen provided electrical engineering, specialty lighting design, and communications services for this full-floor fit-up of Deloitte’s office space within a new office tower in Victoria, BC.
This project required in-depth design coordination to meet extensive and specific client requirements while adhering to local building codes, standards, and landlord requirements.

On brand.
Our electrical design included electrical power systems and a horizontal cabling system, in addition to the layout of a server room in order to suit client standards and network requirements. We also designed specialty lighting control systems to integrate with audio-visual systems.
Specific collaboration with the design team – particularly with the mechanical design consultants – was carried out to establish optimal placement of all ceiling devices. We had to coordinate equipment within the ceiling plenum with radiant ceiling panels in order to avoid potential interference, and support smooth operation of the radiant panel system.
