The more towers, the more amenities.

Located at the northeast corner of Dufferin and Lawrence, this large-scale development consisted of three phases. Treviso was designed with a community-oriented focus and each phase of construction added more amenities that worked towards this goal. Smith + Andersen provided mechanical and electrical services for the project throughout its multi-phased process.

First things first.

The first phase began in 2012 and included a 426,000 square foot tower with more than 400 residential suites. It is 21-storeys high with eight podium levels and plenty of retail and amenity space. Across the ground floor, mezzanine, second floor, and podium roof levels, residents enjoy an outdoor pool and terrace, fitness space, a party room, outdoor gardens, as well as a bar and lounging area.

It’s all in the design detail.

Phase two is a 533,000 square foot, 29-storey tower along with an eight-storey wing to the south and a 12-storey tower to the north. This tower features game rooms, board rooms, and meeting rooms. Located in the middle of this U-shape building is an indoor pool surrounded by a double-storey glass atrium that creates a design feature just above the main entrance of the building. In total, this tower added another 580 suites to the development and was completed in 2016.

The final stage.

By 2018, phase three was completed across 312,000 square feet of space includes the final 15-storey tower with more than 370 suites. Its ground floor boasts an outdoor central courtyard that offers residents space for parties, dining, lounging, and warm nights by the fire pit. Inside, residents can enjoy saunas and a fitness area.
