Targeting Net Zero Energy, the neighbourhood features four residential clusters spread out across 3.5 acres of land. The full development provides a total of 52 condo units, four storage areas, and four autonomous, all-electric parking garages. The garages also feature a pilot autonomous vehicle car share program.
With a futuristic architectural design by Dror and Gensler, and landscape design by SHIFT, Eve Park places a significant focus on sustainability.

Smith + Andersen is providing mechanical and electrical engineering design for the project. The electrical design scope includes a renewable energy microgrid for residential units, which ties into an intelligent integrated systems design includes various connections via Internet of Things (IoT) approaches. From a communications perspective, fast connectivity throughout every part of the community is a priority.
