Bringing a vision to life.
Our mechanical consultants designed fire protection and HVAC systems for the office, using creative solutions to run ductwork without interfering with the vision of the interior designers. In line with client goals, our consultants also paid close attention to accessibility considerations, energy efficiency, and the longevity of system maintenance and operations.
As a priority for the client, a flexible and open office space was a crucial component of this project. When designing the lighting and lighting control systems, our electrical team paid close attention to levels of natural light in specific areas. Our design accommodates the building’s offset core, hiding systems, and maximizing views. Southern exposure and daylight were key considerations for the successful execution of this office space.
