A steady hand on Canada's largest developments.

Every project is different, but there are certain approaches which unify and improve the process regardless of the building type, size, or complexity. Simon has just such an approach - a leadership style which has been applied to the design of universities, hospitals, courthouses, and everything in between. Simon's areas of expertise are as varied as the market sectors in which he's worked, applying his nearly 20 years as an electrical engineer to quality control, construction management, schedule management, and scope control. His unique blend of innovation and authority is regularly requested for P3, design-build, and critical path projects across the country.

Simon is the Vice-Chair of the CSA-C282 Emergency Electrical Power Supply for Buildings Technical Committee, is the Chair the CSA-Z317.5 Illumination in Healthcare Facilities Technical Sub-Committee and a Technical Sub-Committee Member of the C22.1 Canadian Electrical Code Sections 32 & 46, and CSA-Z32 Electrical Safety and Essential Electrical Systems in Healthcare Facilities. Simon is also a Voting Member of the CSA Z257 Technical Committee on Health Care Facilities.
