In 1987, Kevin began his mechanical design career at Smith + Andersen and has dedicated his entire career to the firm - managing some of the most complex and technical projects in the country and becoming a partner in 1995. Kevin is trusted and respected by clients and colleagues alike, playing a critical strategic role while still addressing and resolving the competing interests which typically emerge amongst team members throughout the course of a project.

His unparalleled technical work includes some of Ontario’s most impressive post-secondary and laboratory projects of the last decade, including award-winning designs such as the Environmental Science and Chemistry Building on the University of Toronto’s Scarborough Campus. A former Board Director for the Consulting Engineers of Ontario, Kevin is a respected engineer, an impactful mentor, and a trusted industry leader.
