The specifications of the project were tailored for compliance with RCMP and City of Kelowna standards.
A variety of stakeholders – including the City of Kelowna, RCMP, Federal Shared Services, and the design team – were taken into account to create the Statement of Requirements. This allowed stakeholders to articulate their detailed needs, particularly concerning IT and security. The design-build team leveraged the Statement of Requirements as the basis for reviewing the execution of the project.
