Scott began his career at Smith + Andersen in 1981 as a draftsperson, developing his expertise through hands-on training and extensive site involvement. His practical understanding of mechanical design has been shaped by decades of real-world project experience. 

He played a key role in the CBC Toronto Broadcast Centre, contributing to both design and on-site coordination during construction. Today, as a Project Lead in the mechanical tenant group, Scott supports projects across commercial, education, and office sectors, bringing steady leadership and institutional knowledge to every team.
