Since joining Smith + Andersen in 2006, Greg continues to work on a full range of projects, varying both in scale, complexity and category. This type of exposure broadens his perspective in a way that working in the same niche repeatedly cannot. As a result, Greg developed an appreciation for the conflicting demands and expectations that accompany many projects, as these challenges lead to innovative approaches and a consensus-building mindset.
