Smith + Andersen received this honour late last year after a thorough and independent analysis conducted by Great Place to Work®.
The Mental Wellness list is based on direct feedback from hundreds of Smith + Andersen and Footprint employees that were surveyed anonymously by Great Place to Work®. To be eligible for this list, organizations had to be Great Place to Work® Certified and have exceptionally high scores from employees on the Trust Index survey.
“Our employees are our greatest strength,” says Krista Rojnic, Smith + Andersen’s Director of Human Resources. “‘Empower Employees’ is one of our core values and part of this is prioritizing mental wellness. We so proud that the efforts of our leaders have been recognized and employees from across the country agree that our workplace is psychologically and emotionally healthy.”
