Smith + Andersen provided mechanical engineering and electrical engineering services for the project, which included custom millwork, and a walk-in cooler and freezer. With a focus on energy-efficiency, the team designed a kitchen exhaust system with a demand control ventilation system that modulates exhaust in conjunction with kitchen activity.
