True growth is sustainable.
The goal was to extend the life of the Spruce Building, reduce energy consumption while maximizing existing space, and enhance applied research, training, and experiential learning opportunities for students now and in the future. Our teams prioritized energy efficiency mechanical and electrical systems, contributing towards a successful LEED Silver certification.
The scope included expanding the existing communications and security networks, and as the client required one of the main communications rooms to remain operational throughout the project, our Intelligent Integrations team planned their work around this.
