True mixed-use.

King Portland Centre is a redevelopment of the property located at 620 King Street West in Toronto, with the original Victorian-style commercial portion incorporated into the additions.

The full build-out is intertwined with the heritage components, reviewing a neighbourhood in and of itself within central King West. A thirteen-storey office tower includes high-end ground level retail, including an array of attractive eatery options. Below this commercial space, three levels of below grade parking. The 15-storey residential tower, the Kingly, contains approximately 116 suites and a separate entrance off of Adelaide street.

Sustainability was central to this downtown core development and, as a result of this commitment, the residential portion went on to achieve LEED Gold, while the commercial development achieved LEED Platinum.
