The new three-storey building is comprised of classrooms, laboratories, chapel, offices, theatre arts, a cafeteria, a gym and a three-storey student forum. The building was developed so that a future new community centre could be attached to the building.
The solution involved using a variety of mechanical systems, air handling units, air cooled chiller, and high-efficiency forced draft boilers all located in mechanical rooms in the building. All spaces were served with overhead heating and air supply
Electrical systems included energy efficient classroom luminaires, multiple lighting controls, occupancy sensors and fully complemented Information Technology network systems on every floor of the campus. Electrical systems also included a large theatre hall, complete with teaching sound control booth, a state-of-art cafeteria kitchen. The three-storey open student forum provides a panoramic view of natural daylight, prayer hall, and severs as a central gathering place to share knowledge and vision.
