Located in downtown Calgary, this development features a first class 18-storey office tower and a two-storey professional services building. The office tower features a +30 connection to Tower Centre and One Palliser Square.

S + A Services Included:

Mechanically, both buildings tie into the Palliser central mechanical plant for chilled water. Hot water is generated via steam to water heat exchangers and the central plant steam heating system.

In the office tower, typical floors are served by chilled water compartment units located in the core with hot water radiant panels at the perimeter. A central make-up air unit located in the penthouse provides outdoor air to the compartment units on each floor. Outdoor air is preheated during shoulder seasons using chilled water return from the compartment units. A tenant condenser water system is provided for 24/7 cooling loads.

The professional building is served by two chilled water air handling units with hot water radiant panels at the perimeter.
