This is a new three storey club house at the exclusive Rosedale Golf Club. Two storeys are above grade and one storey below grade. The club includes new change room facilities, dining rooms, two full service kitchens, bars, multi-purpose rooms, a small office space upstairs for facilities staff, and a spectacular view looking down over the golf course.

S + A Services Included:

The building has an air cooled chiller generating chilled water for roof top units. Condensing boilers generate heating water for perimeter heating and glycol for roof top units. Domestic water is generated by the boilers and a boiler tank. There is a complex building automation system. There are high end fixtures for all the washrooms and steam rooms for change rooms. This was a demanding space which required coordination of services. Plumbing rough in was also completed for all 3 kitchens. The building is sprinklered including many exterior canopy sprinklers.
