Troy is a mechanical engineer with 30 years of experience in the commercial, institutional and industrial sectors. His commercial/institutional experience is related to the design of HVAC systems, including boilers, chillers, controls, and fire protection. He also has industrial experience in the oil and gas industry, piping design, district heating systems, industrial ventilation, boiler plants and chiller plants. The leader of our Halifax office, Troy’s diversified project experience includes design and construction administration for multi-discipline projects.

In addition to his respected portfolio, Troy is also an active member of Engineers Nova Scotia (ENS), the Association of Professional Engineers and Geoscientists of New Brunswick (APEGNB), the Canadian Healthcare Engineering Society (CHES), and is Treasurer of the Consulting Engineers of Nova Scotia (CENS).
