With experience ranging from large-scale, complex new construction and existing building projects, through to small-scale fit-ups, Tom has developed a diverse range of technical skills. His detailed and highly adaptable approach is one of his biggest strengths, allowing him to thrive in high volume environments where change is just part of the day-to-day requirement. His expertise includes commissioning project management, Building Automation System (BAS) analysis, integrated systems testing of fire protection and life safety systems in accordance with CAN/ULC-S1001-11, as well as executing on-site functional performance testing of HVAC, electrical systems, and equipment.
