The Toronto office of Smith + Andersen is currently seeking a Proposal Coordinator. You have experience meeting tight deadlines and enjoy new challenges. You are looking for an opportunity to work in a dynamic work environment, collaborating with multiple departments and clients to assist the firm with securing new and continued business.

•Provide assistance in the development of content and formatting of proposals which includes collaborating with the proposal team to compile key experience data, success stories, executive summaries, project descriptions/qualification summaries, matrices and project related accomplishments beneficial to the proposal submission.
•Research related to proposal preparation, including communicating with other departments to confirm accuracy of information.
•Edit proposals and marketing content to suit proposal submissions.
•Ensure proposal records/statistics are kept current in our internal database.
•Participate in marketing meetings for knowledge sharing sessions, discuss new opportunities, proposal requirements and status of assigned proposals.
•Administrative assistance to the senior proposal team members
A few more qualifications which will help you with these responsibilities:
•Excellent written and verbal communication skill with the ability to balance workload, manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining a strong eye for detail.
•Post-secondary education, preferably in English, Communications, or a liberal arts related field.
•Previous experience in an administrative capacity is desirable.
•Previous experience or a strong interest in Engineering/Architecture environments is desirable
•Proficient with Microsoft Suites.
•Able to work independently as well as part of a team.
•Able to work in fast pace, deadline driven environment
