Bordering on the edge of the Eau Claire district, this complex comprises of an entire city block with two twenty-five storey office towers interconnected through a +15 network and three levels of below grade parking.
Each tower operates independently on its own mechanical plant, located on the 25th floor, comprising of high efficiency boilers, variable speed cooling towers, a free cooling loop and high efficiency chillers.
Typically the floors are served through chilled water compartment units located in the core of the building; receive fresh air from a variable speed make-up air unit in the penthouse and with hot water radiant panels at the perimeter. Direct digital controls are utilized for the control of the variable air volume boxes and perimeter heating control valves.
