A project that involved the design of a 23-storey office tower. It includes two levels of retail (one at grade, another at the +15 level) and three levels of below grade parking. The +15 level connects to the Canterra Tower with provisions to one day also connect to the YMCA.
Typically, the floors are supplied by compartment units located in the core of the building. Perimeter heating consists of radiation under the windows. Direct Digital Controls have been supplied for all equipment room controls, and a pneumatic control provides for zone management.
