Parkin Architects Limited + Adamson Associates Architects were the architects to the Design, Build, Finance and Maintain consortium responsible for the design as constructed and are the Architects of Record.
Smith + Andersen were the engineers representing the owners and responsible for the preparation and governance of the mechanical and electrical output specifications and design peer review.
