Treviso Condominiums, located at Dufferin and Lawrence, is a new development constructed in three phases. The project is developed by Lanterra Developments.
Phase I is a 426,132 square foot, 21-storey tower which includes 8 podium levels. There are a total of 435 suites. The ground floor, mezzanine, second and podium roof levels offer retail and amenities such as an outdoor pool and terrace, fitness space, a party room, outdoor gardens, and a lounge/bar area.
Phase II is a 533,190 square foot, 29-storey tower along with an 8-storey wing at the south and a 12-storey tower on the north. There are a total of 586 suites. The ground floor to second floor offer retail and amenities such as meeting, board, and games room, home theatre, guest suite and lounges. The indoor pool is situated in the middle of the U-shape building with a double storey glass atrium that creates a design feature just above the main entrance of the building.
Phase III is a 312,164 square foot, 15-storey development with a total of 372 suites. The ground floor courtyard offers residents a party room, dining space, men's and women's saunas, fitness area, boardroom, lounges, and an outdoor fire pit in the courtyard. The mezzanine level includes an additional boardroom, bar/lounge, as well as a games room and theatre. Located on the rooftop is a pool and hot tub with change rooms and a lounge area.
