The new free-standing community health centre is five storeys and approximately 50,000 square feet. The top floor houses space for medical residents, students, professors, and visiting specialists. The fourth floor features four operating suites that will take over the aging suites. It also includes a link to the Pembroke Regional Hospital. The third floor is for administrative and academic space. The second and ground floor has consultation and examination rooms. The bottom floor, which is partially in ground, includes a fitness centre, massage therapy, and some diagnostic procedures.
