Located in Quarry Park, the Quarry Crossing Phase II consists of three five-storey class A office buildings and three levels of below grade parking. The buildings will be targeting LEED Silver Certification.
Each building is ventilated by a central make-up air unit that supplies air to the compartment rooms on each floor. The make-up air units make use of heat recovery from general and washroom exhaust air in the building. Heating is provided from hot water boilers in the mechanical penthouses and radiant panels at the perimeter of the building. Each building has an air cooled chiller with free cooling capability. Cooling on the floors is accomplished via compartment units with chilled glycol coils. Compartment units are variable air volume and individual zone control is provided by VAV units on the office floors.
