This project involves nearly 650,000 square feet of renovations to the retail spaces, common areas, 14-unit food court, parking areas, and the construction of 100,000 square feet for Simons as an anchor tenant. In addition, the project includes the demolition of multiple commercial retail units (CRU) to create a two-storey space for an anchor tenant in the South Mall. As base building engineers, Smith + Andersen have been involved with renovation projects for various CRUs and upgrades within the North and South Mall.
